My goal is to help my client create a body free of limitations so that they enhance their lives though activity, be fee of pain and enjoy their bodies. I help my clients tune in to their bodies and learn how to wisely push and expand their limitations. Drawing upon 25 year of movement research especially the Gyrotonic Expansion System and Global Somatics, I have come to understand how movement patterns evolve and change and how alignment, energetic connection, and strength are formed in the body. I use hands-on and movement facilitation and repatterning to help people find freedom and alignment within their structures. I work to generate the energetic connection first which allows the body to find new connection and openness. From this place of connection, I help my clients to bring in the underlying inner support to develop muscle tone and strengthen the whole structure. This is a process that generates strength through facilitating connection and alignment with a person’s whole being.” Elena White 2005 Elena White is a Global Somatics Practitioner, a Reiki practitioner, and a movement coach/teacher.
